The Additional Learning Support (ALS) Team offers support and advice if you have particular needs which affect your ability to study, make progress or access the College.

We provide support for learners with SEND (Special Educational Needs and/or Disability) with or without an Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP). Support will be assessed on an individual basis and will vary depending on your assessed needs and EHCP if you have one. We will discuss this with you as part of the application process.

I am the Team Leader for the Foundation Learning Sector which involves ensuring that our learners have a smooth transition from previous establishments to our fantastic college, and the appropriate support in order to get the most out of their time here.
