CREATIVE INDUSTRIES

We have a range of creative courses for adult learners - whether you are taking your first steps into a new, creative career, or you want to formalise a hobby, gain a qualification or simply try something new. 

Our Art & Design and Fashion & Textiles departments are located in the beautiful Mill Building, which used to be a dining hall for the Salt Mill workers. It's a light, inspirational space that can help get your creativity flowing.

If the online world is more your thing, we have courses in Graphics, Games Design and Esports, held in our Salt Building on Victoria Road, where you will have access to the latest industry-standard software and technologies. 

Engaging in creative activities is an excellent way to relieve stress from your daily routine and delve into your own world, and learning a new skill can also exercise different parts of your brain.

Whichever course (or courses!) you choose, the best part of studying something creative is that you'll have something to show for your efforts at the end of the day!
