“I AM VERY PROUD OF HOW MELISSA HAS DONE DURING HER APPRENTICESHIP BOTH AT COLLEGE AND AT WORK, SHE HAS PERFORMED TO HIGH STANDARD THROUGHOUT, AND IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO MANAGE HER THROUGH THIS PERIOD."

"I was an apprentice at Shipley College over 7 years ago and managed to secure a position at Bradford District Care Trust. I have now moved on to a management role, which I would not have been able to achieve without an apprenticeship. Seeing it from the other side and being Mel’s manager has been extremely rewarding,
it has been great to see how she has developed over the last 18 months."

– Stuart Scarfe, Technical Support Manager, Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust
