This 2 day course gives you the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service giving the business you work for the excellent reputation it deserves. It is ideal for any member of staff that has day-to-day interaction with customers or for those who want to work in customer service, to develop your knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective customer service.
Day 1: You complete the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service, learning the importance of increased revenue & repeat business, improved communication between staff & customers, giving positive first impressions and the role of all staff in delivering outstanding customer care. Assessment will be by a short multiple choice test, and you gain a WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Certificate.
Day 2: You complete the City & Guilds Customer Service Level 2 Certificate, which covers the delivery of effective customer service and supporting the customer service environment to give you the confidence & ability to deal with customers in a professional and efficient manner. Assessment will be through an online test, and you gain a City & Guilds Customer Service Level 2 Certificate.
You will need to have 1 GCSE at grade D or a Level 1 Functional Skills in English (or equivalent). Students will need to attend all sessions and will be classroom based.
This course with take place at Airedale Enterprise Services in Keighley from 9am - 4.30pm each day.
