It could even lead to a start in commercial cake decorating.
Autumn Term - A festive royal icing flood filled church with over piping and stained-glass windows. Complemented with winter flowers, pinecones and holly for a stunning centre piece cake.
Spring Term - A chocolate cake with chocolate roses, leaves, and butterflies. We will explore piping in chocolate, making a collar and other techniques.
Summer Term - A garden cake with vegetables and flowers. With beds and boxes. We will make garden tools including a watering can, trowel, and plant pots. We will also make some cute mice.
