Course Content (Indicative):
Week 1-2: Foundations of Creativity:
- Introduction to basic design principles.
- Exploring different art and craft materials.
- Developing creative thinking and idea generation.

Week 3-4: Paper and Card Crafts:
- Paper cutting, folding, and collage techniques.
- Creating greeting cards, paper decorations, or small paper sculptures.

Week 5-6: Clay and Modelling:
- Basic clay handling and modelling techniques.
- Creating simple sculpted forms and decorative items.

Week 7-8: Mixed Media and Upcycling:
- Combining different materials and techniques.
- Upcycling and repurposing everyday items.
- Creating mixed media art pieces.

Week 9-10: Personal Projects and Progression:
- Developing individual creative projects based on learned skills.
- Review of learned skills and exploration of personal creative interests.
- Information on further education and career pathways in the arts.
- Individualised support and guidance for progression.
