Shipley College recently worked with Wentbridge House Hotel in Pontefract to deliver World Host Customer Service courses to their staff who are at the customer service forefront.

Faye Clough, Group Head of HR & Development at Wentbridge House Hotel explains how Shipley College delivered a free bespoke training programme, tailored to their needs and the benefits this has provided to staff at the hotel.

“Wentbridge House was established 60 years ago.  We are independently owned and run with great care and attention by our passionate team.  We pride ourselves on offering outstanding customer service, where our guests are our first priority.  We employ approximately 100 staff extending across our hotel and village gastro pub.”

Faye contacted Shipley College after hearing about the training we offer.

The WorldHost Principles of Customer Service training that Shipley College provides is linked to a Level 2 qualification, and has been used to train over one million people worldwide, including all staff and volunteers at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
